We book two crews a month, usually three to six months out — conditions dictate the calendar more than clients do, so the earlier you write, the more likely we can chase the right window.

What we need from you

• The discipline and the location, even roughly — we plan gear and insurance around both
• Whether this is a season edit, a single hero shot, or a sponsor film with deliverables and a deadline
• Your availability window, and your athlete’s, if they’re not you

What it costs

Day rates depend on crew size and whether a drone pilot and cinema package are involved. A single-day hero shoot with a two-person crew starts around $2,400; a five-day season edit with full kit runs $14,000–22,000 depending on location and travel.
